in my field,  style and  home trends  , the ones i see benefitting  the most  from   blogs  are the media people within  the field, , ….they  have  beautiful  blogs  showing   the latest ideas, they gather at the  big  shows,  they  work  together and trade links,  they have  blog parties,  and  then  get  asked to  appear at   big  events…not  sure if  they are  a  business, but they do  get   some  fame…..and  probably  money for appearing….

i did  a blog  for  a few  years  but it wasnt  really worth the effort…i liked it a lot  tho..it   stated to feel like a vanity  projecrt……… the  followers  were   from all over  but  our money  comes  from   buyers  coming  to us at our store……so it  didnt make   much  business  sense, compared to  facebook…or  our  website  efforts…
