Rich, that is a great example of using a blog to provide real-time and longterm customer value. It was definitely over my head, but for their target audience it’s ideal.

Mac, I appreciate that story. What about their blog do you like from a business perspective (I must admit I was annoyed by all the pop ups in my first minute of being there)?
