What needs to be in a Small Business Social Media Policy? (3 posts)

I have a client that has asked me to collaborate on them with their company social media policy. I’ve done the standard … no cussing, no negative comments about coworkers or the company on the company page. but I was wondering if there is something else that you’ve seen that’s important to include.

I’ve written some social policy and there are a lot of things to include because they often need to be very clear to avoid any misunderstandings. In my research, I found some great social policies that I borrowed ideas from…here they are:
