By SMM, do you mean social media marketing?
That’s a long list, but increased visibility, customer loyalty, and qualified leads all come to mind.

@aircompressor If you mean social media monitoring (part of marketing), it has been essential in increasing the awareness of our association as well as improving member engagement and showing us as a resource for the industry. Just wrote a guest blog on this topic so that’s why this definition of SMM comes to mind!
