    There are many CRM (Customer Relationship Management) programs out there, everything from the basics like Gmail and Outlook to very expensive ones with lots of bells and whistles. 

    Lately the buzz has been surrounding SocialCRM which incorporate functionality to allow tracking contact interaction through social media channels. I have been using Nimble Contact for the past year and have grown to like it a lot and have been a Solution Provider for them, but I was wondering what the group’s experience has been in this area.

    Have you tried any sCRM programs like Nimble? What has been your experience? Likes, dislikes?

    I like Nimble quite a bit for its functionality and value as a social CRM. If you use Google Apps, you may also want to look into Insightly for it ties into your gmail interactions. I use both for tracking e-contact and social media contact.
