What are the THREE top Priorities on your Goals List for 2012? (5 posts)

  • I can’t count how many years I have made my list of “New Years Resolutions” as a ritual to address the things that need fixing, adjusting, terminating or adding to  my already crazy busy life?  More than I care to remember!

Creating a GOALS list for your business in 2012 is a whole different thing! Here are a few questions that may help define, design and develop your GOALS:

    • What actions will move my business forward in a tangible way?
    • What are the key areas of my business that need improvement?
    • How can I structure my day/week/month/year to start accomplishing more?

What are your THREE top priorities on your Goals List for 2012?

  • Hi @katiecavanaugh. I know exactly what you mean, I’ve bought a wipe-board this year to write my goals on so they’re always in sight while I’m working. My main 3 goals for 2012 are;1. Apply my university business start up programme2. Start my blog and keep updating 2-3 times a week3. Attend courses which will improve my knowledge (small business seminars/first aid courses)

  • @katiecavanaugh

My business goals for flyte this year:

    • Become more profitable by paying more attention to the numbers: P&L and time sheets (boo!)
    • Enjoy our time in the office more by gently show bad clients the door
    • Do more good work by developing deeper, longer-term, more meaningful relationships with fewer clients.

My business goals for me this year:

    • Create more income producing ebooks
    • Raise my profile as a small biz web marketer
    • Write a book!

Hope everyone has a fun and profitable 2012!

  • Hi @katiecavanaugh

My top three priorities this year are:

    1. More exclusive clients with long-term growth.
    2. More industry specific starter packages to take advantage of leads.
    3. Attend as many international conferences as possible.
Develop systems for working in 90 minute blocks.

  • @katiecavanaugh I’ve been thinking on this since this morning and although I don’t have a solid answer, I will say that it’s to put more effort in my business site/social media as in 2011 I seemed to only work on clients projects.
