Timekeeping software/cloud product (4 posts)

  • Does anyone recommend a relatively inexpensive program for keeping time for  services work?

I can do this in Excel, but if there is something reasonable that also will invoice and easily help me keep overall stats so I can monitor my KPIs and keep track of the non-billable hours I invest in any client as well.

  • See if this is helpful information, Joan:http://mashable.com/2011/12/10/time-keeping-apps/   @joanmuschampfagnani

  • @joanmuschampfagnani I liked the post from @deairby and will explore those.  I’m a google apps user so I just started on Paymo.biz which integrates with google apps. It was easy to start and only a few dollars a month.  It has a lot of features like invoicing, time tracking, etc. but I don’t think it’s the easiest thing to setup. It’s not as intuitive as I would like it to be. Not sure at all about the mobile app. Haven’t tried that yet. My friend swears by Zoho but they seem to have a strange pricing structure where you pick what you need and get charged by the month for that. I didn’t need all of those features so I went with paymo since all of my business is services.

  • I use FreshBooks and am very happy with it.
