A small group that you meet with for the purpose of reinforcing growth and success while offering support to one another is a Mastermind Group.
Do you feel that the type of individuals that you associate with can have a positive or negative impact on your business? Also, do you feel that some individuals try to join your Mastermind Group specifically to cause you problems?

@klg007 I absolutely believe that the quality and style of people affect your performance. I am in a group now where you can see that one person isn’t serious, and doesn’t follow through on anything. But, the value comes in some insights and pushing one another.
I also believe it’s a learning experience. Start somewhere and learn what you are missing, so you can move forward into another group. Of course there are many very expensive groups you can join, as well, running into the thousands of dollars each year.
I haven’t had the experience of someone attempting to join to cause problems, so I can’t speak to that. The groups I am aware of here suffer more from the lack of commitment of some members.

@Harika120 Obvisouly I dont know everybody in this group, but f your questioon is general one well, people are people. Some have a great personality, some dont. The possibility is always there. It can not be denied. However some does it ith intention some dont. Also some may try to adapt your ideas, which is great, but than use it for their benefits only. hat can you do about it, this is a question only the individual who may find himself in that type of situation.
