1 year, 4 months ago: I will second @alexandrabriggs thoughts on Asana. I had been searching for a viable, realistic tool for our small consulting team for about 4 months before I discovered the Asana Beta.
There are a few of us who like to “dabble” in tools, and others who just want something that works. This is the first one they’ve bought into so we’re sticking with it. We use it as both an editorial calendar, a way to track strategic planning and wish-list ideas, as well as a To-Do list for calls to be returned, etc.
It works beautifully, and the new tools – being able to turn an email into a task and assign it to a team-mate – are just wonderful. It seems to get better day by day.
Alexandra – I’d love to learn more about the ways you are using Asana.
