I’m not clear: what’s the difference between the “how” and a step-by-step plan?

What are you looking for exactly? A plan to help local business marketing themselves online? Isn’t that what you’re offering?

  • Hi @rich-brooks

I need a plan marketing online for local businness.

    For example,

    FanPage
    Twitter
    LinkedIn
    YouTube
    GoogleMap
    WebSite
    EmailMarketing

I do not know how to start.
    I need a plan.
For me, Website is the number #1: basic information like ubication, time,  service or products, etc.

A guide I know what the real approximate result and how long to get that result.

The end result is to get more customers.

  • @nessware,

If you’re starting a business that helps local business market themselves and you don’t know where to start to help them, maybe this isn’t the best fit for you at this time.

If I’m still misreading you, and you’ve got a local business, here are some basics that I would start with:

    • Create a website. That’s the hub of all your marketing, and is more important than any social media presence you can make.
    • Make sure your website can convert. If you’re selling over your site, make sure you have a functioning e-commerce solution. If not, make sure that every page has calls to action, an email signup form, and links to a contact form and/or your phone number. The #1 job of your website is to turn visitors into prospects.
    • Make your site and blog search engine optimized. If people can’t find you, they can’t do business with you. Since this is a local business, you’ll need to make sure you’re in all the local search indexes.
    • Use social media to engage your audience and drive traffic to your website for conversion. The type of platforms you use should be based on the business you’re in.
    Good luck!
