I would offer the free eBook and then, as a follow up, host a free seminar to delve deeper into the topics in the eBook.

Why create more work for yourself – re-purpose your content.

Here’s another idea: try an a/b split test using Google’s a/b split tester. Then you can measure which offer gets the most opt-ins. 

(It’s not the only way to do split testing, but it is effective.)

@casmccullough I reuse content all the time! I create webinar content that becomes ebooks, and blog posts that become webinars and ebooks, etc.

Not only does it help my audience because they get to interact with content in the format they want, but I get new insights each time I present a known topic again. So my content actually changes and improves this way.
