Someone was asking about this awhile back, but I can’t find the discussion.
I use the Pro version of HootSuite, as it allows me to monitor all my clients (Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn).
I just found Batchbook: http://batchblue.com/ This tool is more of a social CRM and has a number of useful tools. Check the pricing to see what you can use.

another one you may want to try which is a social crm which i think is great is Nimble – http://www.nimble.com/ you can start with a 30 day free business trial

I am also using Sprout Social. It has great reports that provide a lot of information. Only drawback is that the costs go up a fair amount if you want to connect it with Google Analytics.

I believe that Nimble also offers a free version. It’s for one user and a limited number of social media accounts, but it could be a good way to “try it before you buy it”. Scroll down their home page and you will see it.

I was thinking of trying it for my association’s accounts since I already have a personal Hootsuite account (though I learned via SME Clubs that you can have two Hootsuite accounts open at the same time if you use different browsers!).

I am just trying out the free trial of Sprout Social @samscholfield and
@ptwylie are you able to link to LinkedIn business page and Google+ etc? and are you using this instead of Hootsuite and Social CRM such as Nimble? Any good articles out there on how to’s? etc

@mambamedia You can connect LinkedIn, however I haven’t used it so I don’t know if you can specify a company page or not. Google+ doesn’t yet have an API where you can track stats, however they have said they will integrate it as soon as one is available.
I use it instead of Hootsuite, I didn’t spend much time on Hootsuite as I didn’t think much of the interface, however I should probably give it a second chance. Is that what you are currently using?

@mambamedia Thats my biggest grumble that they are adding features all the time however, it has been slow e.g. unable to connect with G+ the reason being is Google has not been forthcoming with letting go of their API so 3rd party apps can interact.

Will have a look at Roost and Sprout Social – why not? Heh. There are so many tools out there these days. I do try to pick one, sometimes two and work those, until something better comes along. The thing is, once you are dead familiar with one, it is hard to move away from it.

@samscholfield yeah had a quick view on Sprout Social and only seems to connect personal LinkedIn page same as Hootsuite and most of them actually.
Just checked out Sprout Social briefly and seems similar to Nimble which I use and I like Nimble as I can add in my imap emails, Google+, Twitter, Facebook personal and Page plus LinkedIn personal.
Hootsuite you can have lots of columns but seems Nimble does the same thing just on different tabs – I am still trying to figure a few things out on Nimble though with regards sorting and seeing Facebook Pages of others I like.
Also checking out TwentyFeet which seems pretty awesome for Stats but it is taking a while – anyone else used this? It pulls in Stats for Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Google Analytics, Bitly – although cant see to get that to work – does anyone know how to get your Bit.ly “username”?
My wish list would be one that does:
- Linked In personal and Company
- Facebook Pages
- Twitter
- YouTube
- Google+
- Pinterest
- Google Analytics
If anyone knows of one that does all the above please let me know! LOL
