I’m doing some research and stumbled upon Arkovi, a social media archiving ad monitoring service.

In the past I’ve heard of Backupify.

Is anyone using tools like these? What’s been your experience?

I’m starting to work with banks, financial advisors, and other institutions where archiving and monitoring is critical.

I use Backupify, although I’ve never had a need of it, so I can’t tell you if it actually works or not. Jason Falls (SocialMediaExplorer.com) had them as a client for a while, and he may be able to tell you more about it.
