    Well, I finally decided to go with the Hubspot all-in-one software solution to start my business. 

    Is there any other Hubspot partners in this group? I would love feedback from another agency already using it.

    @deniserubright Hi Denise. Did you take the free 30-day test drive before you signed up? I had wanted to do that last year, but backed off because I didn’t feel quite ready to take full advantage of the platform.  I was attracted to the integrated nature of the features.  However, I quickly found out that there is a LOT of prep work and regular schedule to maintain in order to get the most out of the tool.

    But if you run an agency (that already serves a reasonably solid client base), you might have a relatively easier time getting into implementing the features and realizing the ROI.

    I have not taken the 30-trial. That is a good idea. I have just been so overwhelmed with different ways to put together a solution that works. Example:1. Website design2. auto-responder for email marketing3. content creation4. SEO4. outsourcing services for graphic design5. Blogging
    I think you get the picture. And although I have found sources for all of these services, it would be much easier to utilize a high-end product like Hubspot. In making the decision, I had to decide if I wanted to make $200-$500 a transaction or $3,000-$15,000 month to maintain a Hubspot customer. Well, I chose the later. 
    I know things can be done really, really cheaply but that isn’t what I’m really looking for. The investment is $2,700/yr which includes training. For each customer that signs up for Hubspot I get 20% of the transaction. It’s not a bad deal. 
    Well, I’m ranting now. LOL

    Believe me, I can completely relate to the overwhelming demands of setting up shop. I’m almost 100% certain that LOTS of people on this forum know that feeling. So, you are in great company.

    I  understand the logic of your business decision regarding Hubspot.  Those choices are seldom linear, but if they fit into your overall objective, they are easy to implement/support.

    Just take things one day at a time!
