    Hi everyone! I’m new to the gang, and I am currently a social media coordinator and if you’d like to get to know me, feel free to Google me :)

    Question for you all:As we inundate ourselves with multiple networks and strategies for social media, it is easy to keep things the same.  

    How do you or your team foster social media creativity?

    @kristellesiarza Creativity can come from a lot of places. In social media, being well read, having an awareness of tools and apps, finding case studies, and conducting analyses of inspirational brands – as well as peers – to uncover industry best practices can all stimulate the creative cycle.

    … all based on knowing your community you’re trying to engage.

    @danielmckean, thanks for the insight.  I’m the type to aimlessly poke around in, read conversations, and see what other brands are doing.  What networks do you use to look for case studies?

    @kristellesiarza Kristelle, I have a great deal of feeds I read daily. Start with this one MediaBistro and subscribe to some of their newsletters and make sure you hit the main social news networks such as Mashable and others.
    … a small sampling as info can come from a great many places.
