On my Google+ business page I have a lot of followers who are individuals that are not involved in business. Therefore, in my stream there are a lot of posts that are not related to my business or any other business. Can I comment on and share these non-business posts to my advantage or am I supposed to be focusing on relevant posts.   

@david-easter Well I think I’ve heard @mike-stelzner talk about this in one of his podcasts about posting a status about what he was having for breakfast.

He said something like most of the times relationships start with small talk and casual conversation. I think business posts are to show your expert status and to build credibility.
