Can you recommend a social management platform?
This is a large consumer online software/rating company — potential client.
I’m wondering about any experience you’ve had Buddy Media (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), Wildfire, Vitrue (I don’t think they’re heavily entrenched with Oracle but don’t know for sure) . . or even Hootsuite.
I’m thinking that we need more info about their CRM situation, but would love any input you have. Regarding social presence. They’re in the process of putting together a soup-to-nuts social strategy right now. They’ve got great products and lots of users/followers/likes. They just need to ramp up the listening, engaging, promoting aspects of their social plan and make sure they can be smart moving forward.
