Does anyone of you know freeware for pdf editing? My customer needs to amend pdf documents from time to time (basic change of text elements, nothing fancy) but I think an expensive Adobe program does not pay for her.

I found tools cheaper than Adobe – do you know these suppliers and if so, what do you think of them?

@claudiapoeckl I am going to have to agree with  @richardmclaughlin. The truth is the free programs out there are not that good though and most are trial based. I did however find this resource if you want to test it:

There are five options there – 3 under $50 and 2 under $100.  I’ve used two of those in the past and both worked very well.
