    I’m just wondering what other sources you all use to network with other small business social media people.  To-date, this is the only forum I have found that is valuable to a small business like mine (not focused on “make money online” or affiliate marketing programs).

    What are some of your other go-to forums, networks, and blogs that have really helped?

    Not sure if this will help, but a site called “Mashable” has a lot of Social Media news and lists of Social Media blogs, etc.  I also think you may be able to use LinkedIn to join some groups that may be of interest to you.  You can also form contacts there of people that are in your field and even some out of your direct field if you wish to.  Good luck!

    Of course, a lot of it is local. I run a monthly Tweetup here in Maine, plus there’s a Social Media Breakfast group in our state (actually 3) that’s a consistently great resource for networking and social media know how.

    I also have met some great people (again local) through groups in LinkedIn that are focused on small biz w/a side of social media.
