    One of my customers wants to survey a specific group of people.  Some will be her clients, but there are other groups she would like to include.  She currently has a Constant Contact account and there are survey’s available through that program.

    Survey Monkey is another option. I can also create a pdf form to post on her website.

    Before I make a recommendation to her, I was wondering if there are some super simple, cost effective tools I am missing.

    @deereinhardt survey Monkey is pretty good but I like Survey Gizmo. Can’t remember pricing on that one.

    @deereinhardt We use Zoomerang. Not sure what our pricing is but they have a free version. It’s similar to SurveyMonkey (one of my faves) as far as setting up the survey, though seems a tad easier.

    @deereinhardt All of these are good options. If it’s a quick “would you help me answer this one question?” survey, your client might also use the appropriate group hashtag and post the question on Twitter. Results can be shared with screen capture.

    You can create free surveys using Google Docs, too. Not a huge amount of features, but i’ve been using it for webinar and seminar follow ups.
