As a small business owner for over 25 years, this has been one of the best things I ever did! In the original group I formed, there was an attorney, a banker, a CPA, a long time business owner, a marketing person, and myself. The synergy and knowledge that helped all of us was amazing!
Having people OUTSIDE of your industry brings balance.

I also did a mastermind type group a few years ago and it was a big help.
I was thinking about starting my own mastermind group around a lot of the topics I work with clients on, who wanted some more indepth work.
Do you know of any resources for starting your own mastermind group?

@rich-brooks Napoleon Hill, Think and Grow Rich was where I got started in forming mine. I then took training from Jack Canfiled to learn how to run them and use them. I have an outline I can send you that might help you if you send me an email to : charlyn@charlynshelton.com.
