Let the Predictions Begin – (3 posts)

  • What’s the end-of-year/start-of-new-year without predictions? Personally, I stopped being a true believer a while back. But that doesn’t mean I don’t read those that look interesting. Why miss the chance to say — I told you so — when the predictions fail to materialize?  Seriously, being an economist, I’m a bit skeptical about predictions; probabilities, yes; predictions, not so sure.

Anyway, the tech experts have looked into their crystal ball and come up with a picture of Google in 2013. Compared to how their predictions for 2012 turned out, they may know something after all — regardless of the disclaimer.

I’m less interested in THEIR predictions and more interested in YOURS!

What do you think we’ll see in social media next year?

  • @rich-brooks Since I’m neither an expert nor a brave prognosticator, my answer will have to be “I don’t know”.  I honestly don’t know what we’ll see in social media in 2013. My hope is that whichever platform rises to the top makes networking more meaningful with less exhausting/confusing policies.

So, what do other members think we’ll see in social media in 2013?
