    I am curious to know if their is a business or resource out that their that provides contract templates and other legal documents that a social media business would have a client sign.I am considering using Legal Zoom, but I wanted to know if there is anything better out there.

    I  have a few very small business clients who signed on with called Pre-Paid Legal (which now has a different name). They have been very pleased with it and they build relationship with a real live person in their own home town.

    Alan, you might try this link,  http://www.biztree.com   and then look at their product, “Business-in-a-Box”  which has all manner of legal form.  You can try before you buy by navigating thru the files and look at what ‘s in them.
