I posted about this earlier on my Facebook page but thought it would be good to share here as well.
A leaked Google document has been making it’s way through SEO circles that provide insight into what a quality web site looks like in the eyes of Google. The document appears to be an internal document that instructs the human quality raters how to rate web pages and search results. Panda, which was February 2011, should have been addressed a long time ago however, the “leaks” are just now coming to light so this is quite relevant. I was surprised to find that really, nothing new is noted here. How they do this by the forms is new, yes, but the actual SEO information is really not new.
The basics of real solid SEO have remained the same.

I agree that the “real solid SEO” has remained the same. I wanted to share the article because it’s one of the first real looks into what the page quality raters actually look at and it’s important for business owners and SEOs alike to understand the importance of quality and what that looks like to search engines.
