    I only have about a semester left in school and then I will have my degree in leadership communications. It has truly been an awesome adventure getting a degree. I wanted to ask some of the more seasoned shall we say professionals in this group a question. 

    Do you see a large need for more transformational leaders in todays world? Or do you see many online and offline?

    Personally I believe that there need to be more transformational leaders it is just how to bring them out of the woodworks. Any thoughts?

    Who have been leaders that you see are transformational?

    There will always be a need for transformational leaders in today’s world and tomorrow, as we’re an ever evolving species.

    That being said, leaders need experience in the real world before others will follow. 

    Remember: if you’re leading and no one is following, then you’re only taking a walk. :)

    My suggestion will be use your methods on businesses/people …change them (for positive) … relearn the theory (all theories need practical finish) … teach from experience and that will have much better value …
    I just attended the franklincovey leadership course … what I love is “the organized way to take my team to next level” else it will be a waste of time and money … Thanks!
