what are my colleagues using for keyword search software..thinking of getting one but not sure which is the best.. or liked by people on this site..and not wanting to spend a lot of monies

Although I have software for this purpose I also always check the Google Keyword Tool to see what the trends are and to check if there are any combinations I might have missed with my own research.
