1 year, 3 months ago: Nimble just released their 2.0 product release, which has received very good reviews. I started using it about a year ago when it was still in beta and liked it a lot.
I’m wondering if anyone else has tried it and what your experiences have been. The good, the bad, and the ugly.
Brief description for those who may not be familiar with Nimble. It’s a next generation CRM program, although they prefer to call it a Social Business Relationship tool. It has very tight integration with LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, email, and Google+.
One of my favorite features is when you enter in a new contact it automagically goes and tries to find their social media accounts. You can choose to add them to their profile, or not…but I’m not sure why you wouldn’t. Maybe someone can tell me why.
