Interested in joining SBBC – Small Business Book Club? (77 posts)

  • Well, you may have noticed one or two threads where folks were asking about preferred books and quotes, whether motivational, management or related more specifically to the field of social media. Seems like as much as we are busy business people, we try to find time to broaden our horizons, and that’s where literature comes in handy

    In fact, a couple of interesting books were already suggested in this thread: http://www.socialmediaexaminer.com/clubs/small-business/forum/topic/book-recommendation/

    A suggestion was made to start a book club, where perhaps we could share personal favorites, discover little known gems, or rant & review on a best-seller. So here it is!

    How it could work:
    This is open for discussion. I would suggest we choose (or nominate) a book to read per month, knowing at least one month ahead of time. For example, if we chose to discuss the biography of Steve Jobs during the month of February (by Walter Isaacson), it gives some lead time to read in order to exchange with more in-depth interest.
    By February 1st, ideally, we would nominate what the book for March would be, and so on throughout the year.

    Does that sound like a plan? Anyone has a better approach to doing this? (it’s how we used to do it with a book club I was a part of a couple of years ago)

    Who’s in?

  • @fredericgonzalo Sounds good to me! Count me in. :)

    How would we choose the book? I am sure a lot of people would have different suggestions.

  • @fredericgonzalo @russellallert — Hey, Frederic, you sure move fast!!

    Good idea to get the ball rolling; let’s see if there’re takers and then we can chat about the logistics of book nomination and selection and how to conduct the review session.

    Meanwhile, I’m in too.

  • Excellent idea @fredericgonzalo
    I’m in. When do we start and with what book?

  • @fredericgonzalo good move

  • I’m In….Great leadership on this topic Frederic.  Send details when ready.

  • @russellallert @rachelagheyisi @fernandocortes @roryramsden @dongrandy OK, folks, here is what I suggest: Reply on this thread by suggesting 3 books you wish to read in 2012.

    You probably already have a few in mind, but you can also use this list for inspiration (it dates back to November 2008, but holds many classics).

    Once we have a critical mass of answers, we will see if there are titles that come up more than once, and decide which book is selected based on most popular suggestions from SBBC members – that’s you, Small Business Book Club members ;-)

    So, I shall fire away with my top 3:
    1. “Mavericks at work: Why the most original minds in business win”, by William Taylor
    2. “The Ultimate Question 2.0″, by Fred Reichheld
    3. “How to win friends and influence people”, by Dale Carnegie

    Next steps:
    - Respond to this thread with your top 3. Books you wish to read, or have already read in the past and wish to discuss & exchange views about.
    - Click on the “Follow this topic” at top right of this box, so you don’t miss anything from this thread :-)

    Let’s give ourselves a few days to gather feedback and suggestions. On Monday, January 23rd, I will take a look at feedback provided and advise you all of the selected book. I think it will make more sense to start a new thread per book, so I will do that next week. In the meantime, this thread will remain as the go-to place to discuss future books to read, suggestions and comments on how to improve this SBBC concept.

    How does that sound? I am open to suggestions and ways to do better, so fire away…

  • @fredericgonzalo — Good job, Frederic!  Thanks for taking the initiative on this exciting addition to our interactions here.

    Here are my 3 nominations:

    1. Sun Tzu For Success: How to Use the Art of War to Master and Accomplish the Important Goals in Your Life by Gerald Michaelson

    2. The Art of the Start by Guy Kawasaki

    You will notice we have a three-way tie with two votes, while all other books got one mention each. Let’s give ourselves the weekend to have more friends come over here and give their top 3 and we can take a decision on Monday as to which will be the first book we read, discuss and share over the next month.

    Comments? Suggestions? Fire away… ;-)

  • @fredericgonzalo  — Good job, Frederic! Thanks for putting in the time to get this moving along smoothly.

    Now that we have a solid pool of books to choose from. I was wondering if we might begin to think about how the review sessions will be conducted.  Does Skype sound like a good idea? I don’t currently have a Skype account, but I understand that Skype-to-Skype calls are free and that the platform allows teleconferencing.  This might mean all club members will have to have a Skype account and share their “handle” (ID) with the club.

    Anyway, this is just a thought.  But, I’m happy to explore it further if we think this is a viable option. So, I’m throwing this open for input from members.

    Comments, suggestions — options? ;-)

  • @fredericgonzalo That is a great list!

    I have already read 1 & 3 and number 2 looks good. I am happy with any of those. :)

  • Hi, just joined this thread.  Here are books I would like to read:

    1- Social Media ROI by Olivier Blanchard
    2- Measure what matters:Online Tools for Understanding Customers, Social Media, and Key Relationships by Katie Paine
    3- Content Rules, by Anne Handley and CC Chapman

    How about discussing the book over a twitter chat?

  • @snouraini Good idea, Sherry. Not sure how many people here have Twitter, but I am up for it (although I know the time difference will kill me – I am in Australia). :)

  • Oooh, @snouraini your list of top 3 books just suddenly put “Content Rules” in the lead, with a 3rd vote. A heated race, this is ;-)

    @russellallert @rachelagheyisi Actually, I was thinking the book club would holds it own thread on SME clubs (Small Business). While I agree both skype and Twitter chats would be great forums, the likeliness of gathering more than two individuals at the same time is not so great, in my opinion. Time difference, conflicting agendas, etc. Doing it here also allows for a “paper trail” so if anyone is unavailable for a couple of days, they can always come back and comment on the book, a specific chapter, etc.

    So, once we determine which book to read first (coming soon, on Monday), I was thinking of starting a new thread per each book. So for book X, a new thread will begin next week. For book Y next month (or earlier, if we see fit), we’ll start a different thread. And so on. That way, discussions, opinions and comments per book will remain in a single thread, avoiding disparity or off-topic discussions.

    As for this thread right here, I suggest it remains the go-to place to discuss future books, or more general discussions about how to evolve the concept for this book club.

    How does this sound?

  • I am so IN!
    @fredericgonzalo

    My books:

    1. Content Rules (already mentioned)

    2. Launch (already mentioned)

    3. Business Networking: How to Use the Power of Online and Offline Networking for Business Success, by Heather Townsend

    Thanks for starting this!

    Cheers,
    Stef

  • @fredericgonzalo just read your most recent post and agree — seems very easy to start a new thread per book each month.

  • @fredericgonzalo @russellallert — Good point about the potential difficulty of finding a time that will be convenient for everyone to simultaneously gather and comment on the book-of-the-month.

    However, the same can be said for any other online event.  For instance, webinar attendees from all over the world somehow manage to make it to the live event.  I guess if it is important enough, people make the needed adjustments.  We should also bear in mind that this is a once in a month session, which would probably not last longer than 90 minutes.

    I’m afraid that if we leave it as a forum where people drop by randomly and leave their reviews, we might lose the benefits of “live” interactions among members.  In my opinion, those interactions are as important as maintaining a repository of threads.

    Members, please weigh in. Thanks :-)

  • @rachelagheyisi That is an excellent point. And I can totally see how it would be really beneficial to have more of a face-to-face approach, be it through Skype or perhaps a Google+ hangout – heck, I’ve been wanting to do one of those for a while, so this book club could be the perfect opportunity…

    Still, I have my doubts with the real-time concept. You mention webinars, and it’s true you will have folks from around the world attending, but that’s usually because there’s a keynote speaker, or people paid for the webinar. Even then, I believe there is usually up to 40% no-show, for whatever reason, i.e. conflicting agenda, kids are sick, etc. Often, as is the case with SME summits, video playback and presentation slides are available afterwards, for those who could not make it.

    Perhaps we go hybrid. We do a hangout (or skype) to kickstart the first book review, discuss it live, then we move it onto a thread here for those who could not attend the hangout. Curious to hear thoughts from others as well…

    @stefaniefrank @russellallert @snouraini @dongrandy @fernandocortes @charlottewood @roryramsden

  • I like the hybrid idea — fully agree and support the new dimension that would be there with an in person meeting.

    Doing a live kickstart for the first book would show what the interest level and commitment is to a live meeting format.

  • @fredericgonzalo — As expected, you’ve come up with a great workable option. I like the hybrid plan. The first book club meeting will provide more information as to how to operate the plan moving forward.

    I don’t know the first thing about Google+ Hangout, but I’m willing to learn!

    So, I’m in with the hybrid ;-)

  • I like the idea of both, but I think maybe we can start it off as a thread for each book – I do like that idea. And people can catch up at their leisure.

    @stefaniefrank @russellallert @snouraini @dongrandy@fernandocortes @charlottewood @roryramsden

  • @stefaniefrank @russellallert @snouraini @dongrandy @fernandocortes @charlottewood @roryramsden  @Frederic Gonzalo

    Now that I think of it, having a separate thread for each book is a good idea, in light of the fact that a G+ hangout has a limit of up to 10 people.  However, having live interactions is priceless!  How about creating a group on Facebook, and setting up an event where we can RSVP if we can attend (don’t know if anyone would hesitate friending others in this group!).  The discussion can happen on a group chat.  We will also need someone to moderate the discussion.  One think I dislike about chats, on any platform, is that everyone talks at the same time.  Just another idea!  What does everyone think?

    I am excited!

  • I’d love to see where this goes. Awesome idea and of course being a Google Plus Evangelist I like the idea of using hangouts to kickstart each month. While the hangout limit is 10 people it can be LiveStreamed and others can participate through the chat feature on livestream. You could even simultaneously do a hangout and a twitter chat as long as there were 2 moderators. I agree that a hybrid version is the best option because those who are unable to make it to the live event can still catch up and contribute through the thread right here in the SME club.

  • @JimFierce  What a great feature, how can you do the LiveStream?  I am really interested to know.  Thanks

  • Frederic Gonzalo  A friend told me that MeetingBurner.com is giving away free accounts with upto 50 webinar attendees.  They are in their final private beta stage.  We might want to use that platform for the discussions.

  • @fredericgonzalo great idea! I am also in! Let’s share the knowledge together :) bcause Sharing is Gaining!

  • OK, gang, democracy has spoken! First book to make it into our new SBBC – Small Business Book Club… (drum roll)…

    Content Rules, by Ann Handley & CC Chapman.

    This was the easy part. Now, we have to figure out how and when we’ll do our first book review. I think we pretty much nailed down the need to have a thread for each book, right here on SME clubs (Small Business). What we haven’t figured out yet, is how and when we can do a live chat to meet (virtually) to kickstart the discussion. Options suggested so far:
    - Skype
    - G+ Hangout
    - Livestreaming
    - Webinar style (MeetingBurner.com)

    Right now, there are 10 of us on this thread. It’s likely that this number will increase somewhat, yet not everybody will be able to make it on the date and time that will be chosen. I therefore would recommend we start off with a G+ hangout, and see if the 10-person limitation is a barrier or not. (Must admit I also like the MeetingBurner option, even though we can’t see each other)

    Speaking of timing, I would suggest doing this on Thursday PM, say 5pm Eastern time. Works well for folks in North America, is still accessible for Europeans (11pm) and will be morning time over coffee for Russell down under ;-)

    The first suggested date would therefore be February 9th, 5pm EST. This allows for a little under 3 weeks to go and purchase the book for those (like me) who have not read it, or to refresh your memory for those who already have.

    If you feel this is too close, and would prefer to delay by another week, we can make it to Feb 16th. I just think we need to close in on a date and format, so that we can move on and arrange agendas accordingly. It will we difficult to always have everybody on board, but let’s give it a try.

    Is this good? Feedback, please. :-)

    @russellallert @rachelagheyisi @roryramsden @fernandocortes @dongrandy @moinshaikh @snouraini @fierce_living @stefaniefrank

  • February 9 at 5pm est works for me.

    G+ hangout sounds good too.

    Cheers,
    Stef

    @fredericgonzalo

  • @fredericgonzalo – Content Rules is a good selection to begin the SBBC with.

    Thursday at 5 pm works for me. But Feb 16 will be better for me than Feb 9.  But if the majority of members opt for the 9th, I’ll try and adjust my schedule accordingly.

    As I indicated in an earlier post, I don’t know anything about Google+ hangout, but I will make time sometime this week to familiarize myself with the platform. I will post any questions I may have.

  • @fredericgonzalo Thank you so much for the wise decision you have made wrt to the timing, excellent global thinking!  As a west coaster, I always miss on great twitter chats and such because more often than not the timing is always beneficial for East coasters.

     As to the date, remember that SME small business success summit will be on February and pretty much all of the talks (except the keynote) will be Tuesday and Thursday 12noon to 3:30 pm Pacific.  I am attending the summit which is always a great learning opportunity.  With that said, I will not be able to attend on Thursdays until March 1st, when the summit is over.  In addition, I don’t think I’ll be able to thoroughly read the book earlier than March 1st.

    Please do not change your plans because of my preferences, I will just attend the next one.

    @russellallert @rachelagheyisi @roryramsden @fernandocortes @dongrandy @moinshaikh @fierce_living @stefaniefrank

  • Hi All

    Great book to start with! Just wondering if you have thought about having it the weekend instead though. Would this suit others or just me better? If it’s just me then I am happy to try and do the weekday times – just cannot guarantee it.

    Any date is good for me as I have already read the book. :)

    Cheers!
    Russell

    @rachelagheyisi @roryramsden @fernandocortes @dongrandy @moinshaikh @fierce_living @stefaniefrank @snouraini

  • February 9th, 5pm EST works for me as well.  Google+ Hangout, not familar with this but will be ready….

  • Like Skype idea. Have a cheat sheet for creating content. Think Ann Hadley created it from her book on another site which I might be able to share if I can find it. Maybe we could start an LI small business book group? I may be work on setting it up, if others interested.

  • @karenolenick A LinkedIn group is not a bad idea, if we keep it closed (not open to spammers). However, this SME network should work as well, so long as we keep a certain discipline with threads.

    Did not know there is a cheat sheet for creating content, I am sure this would be appreciated (I know I would). If you can find it, that would be great.

    I will get back to the group with organizational details once we receive a bit more feedback, because right now there is more or less of a consensus (timing, skype vs G+ hangout, etc.)

    Stay tuned.

  • @fredericgonzalo I think this is a great idea for a book club!  I would really be interested in joining in as well.  The meeting time is great but I agree with @rachelagheyisi about moving the day to the 16th if possible.  Also, the Linkedin group that @karenolenick proposed is a great idea too.

  • Hello fellow SBBC members,

    UPDATE: Following feedback from the group, we’ll be pushing back by a week the timing for the first live-chat book review of “Content Rules”, by Ann Handley & CC Chapman. The chat will therefore take place on February 16th, 5pm EST.

    HOW: We will be doing a Google+ hangout. The issue here (just like it would be with Skype) is that we are limited to 10 people per session. But as there are only 13 names on this thread so far, I expect we’ll be OK. For now ;-)

    Here is my G+ link: https://plus.google.com/u/0/112478675954788815071/posts
    Please connect with me on G+, and I will create a circle so that we can do the hangout as planned.

    In the meantime, thanks to Karen Olenik for finding this useful link: How to Start a Book Club Checklist. I think we’ve addressed most of the elements in the checklist, but it would be great to have everyone’s input moving forward. For example, just looking at the list of books suggested by all in the group, it’s pretty safe to assume book style for this club is: social media, marketing, leadership & self-help (management).

    MODERATION: As suggested in the checklist, we will need to have a moderator per discussion, and ideally we take turns from one month to the next. I can moderate this time around, but any takers for the next book & discussion? (Hint: next book in March, according to votes by the group, is “Launch” by Michael Stelzner)

    THREAD: In the next couple of days, I will start a new thread dedicated to book #1 “Content Rules”. We can start the discussion there, share comments, etc. That way, if you can’t make the hangout, or if people join SME clubs later on, we can always come back to this thread as a reference point. We leave a paper trail, so to speak.

    Let me know who’s in. Should be fun!

    @clararobin @karenolenick @dongrandy @russellallert @snouraini @rachelagheyisi @stefaniefrank @moinshaikh @fierce_living @fernandocortes @roryramsden @charlottewood

  • I’m in!

    I can also moderate the Launch discussion in March.

    Cheers,Stef

  • I’m definitely in and am looking forward to the first meeting! Thanks for bringing this book club idea forward @fredericgonzalo!

  • @fredericgonzalo Unfortunately, I cannot come as I will be attending SME success summit that day.  Sorry to miss it.

  • @stefaniefrank Excellent! I shall pass on the “baton” of moderator over to you for the March discussion on “Launch” by Michael Stelzner

    @snouraini Oooh, did not realize SME Small Business summit was on that day. Darn! Tough to find a right time for everyone, I guess. We’ll stick to that day, and as this is first, there will be other book club gatherings on a monthly basis + threads over here, so we should be able to make it up and have you on-board.

  • How in the world did I overlook this awesome thread? What a great idea, Frederick. Kudos to all of you for jumping on board. I definitely want in on this, for sure. Hope there’s room for me on the big day.

    And BTW, Content Rules and Launch are great choices. I can’t wait to talk with yall about them and also to go along for this new ride of discovery, as I’ve not yet used Google+ or some of the other techno tools you’re talking about using here. This should be both fun and a great learning experience.

    Thanks, Frederick, so much for your leadership role in this. How exciting!

    @clararobin @karenolenick @dongrandy @russellallert @snouraini @rachelagheyisi @stefaniefrank @moinshaikh @fierce_living @fernandocortes @roryramsden @charlottewood @fredericgonzalo

  • Hey, I totally don’t have time to read a full book nor participate in discussion but could really benefit from a thread on each book that discusses the book so I can get the cliff notes version….please…. @snouraini @atlantarobin @fredericgonzalo @russellallert

  • I am in the same position as @deairby.  The next two months are terrible for me but I want to read the book and am interested in your discussion notes.
    I have read Launch and am now following it word by word to launch my new blog.  It is a great book and very worth while.
    Part of my blog is to read business books/articles on org issues, team, leadership, HR issues, culture, and strategy etc.
    Are you guys interested in other topics besides Social Media and marketing?
    I would love to be included in the cliff notes version for now and join you in a few months.

  • Hi @fredericgonzalo awesome initiative here.
    I have read many great Social Media books, and for some reason I have not got to “Content rules” and “Launch” yet. Reading on Mari Smiths book ‘The New Relationship Marketing’ and Jonathan Fields ‘Uncertainty’ at the moment. Another book to add to the list here is Guy Kawasaki’s book ‘Enchantement’.
    Little unsure if I will make it on Feb 16th 5pm EST. Think I might be out on the road still at that time. So hopefully you record it.
    Cheers..
    Are Morch – Hotel Blogger

  • I am going to try to be on the call on 2/16 and hope it gets recorded to re-listen to. @fredericgonzalo Thanks for getting this together.

  • Folks, we are still trying to figure out how to hold the live discussion on Feb 16th, and we were wondering if anybody has experience using Chatzy for a live group chat?

    Both Skype and Google+ Hangout have limitations of 9 people attending at once, so we’re not too keen on going down that path. (On G+ there can be more 9 attending, but then all others are just listening in on the discussion, which defeats the purpose here).

    Are there other chat tools you may be aware of, like Yahoo for example? Please advise, and thanks in advance for the feedback. Cheers,

    @atlantarobin @clararobin @karenolenick @dongrandy @russellallert @snouraini @rachelagheyisi @stefaniefrank @moinshaikh @fierce_living @fernandocortes @roryramsden @charlottewood @deairby @aremorch @charlottecharleehanna @karenolenick

  • @fredericgonzalo – Hmm. The hybrid idea of SBBC member interaction that started out so well seems to be more complicated than we’d anticipated.  Perhaps we should focus on keeping the threads alive (which are already up and running) while we find a way to interact live. I’d hate for this initial frustration to stall the good progress we’ve had getting people interested in the book club.  I’m sure with a bit of thot and time, we’ll find a workable chat platform.

  • @rachelagheyisi I hear you, Rachel. I have been interacting quite a bit on this with @karenolenick who has researched many different options. We tend to agree that the live chat option is great in theory, but not so easy to materialize in practice.

    We actually just sent a shout-out to Michael Stelzner to see if SME can back it up in some shape or form, so that threads stay focused, and that we can perhaps have a robust platform where the book club can meet on a regular (monthly) basis. Stay tuned ;-)

  • I have a free phone conference line we can use. Don’t believe it has a number limit but I’ll check.

    It’s not video but it’s super easy and sound quality is good.

    @fredericgonzalo

  • Could be a way to get us started smoothly while other options are explored.

    @fredericgonzalo @deairby

  • Checked with Andrea V leader in Fb club and here is her recommendation:

    I think Freeconferencecall.com is a better solution since you really don’t have to share your screen to have a chat about it. Or even do a Google Hangout – that would be really fun.
    @stefaniefrank @fredericgonzalo

  • Well, I went ahead and scheduled a Google+ hangout as planned, this Thursday February 16th, 5PM EST.

    Here is the information link for those who wish to join: http://www.schedulehangout.com/event/55c950e12951396e8c84cea085cfb87b

    If for whatever reason the link does not work, please send me a direct message either here on SME clubs or at fredericgonzalo@gmail.com so that I can add you to the invite list.

    Cheers, and happy reading until then! :-)

    @deairby @atlantarobin @clararobin @dongrandy @russellallert @snouraini @rachelagheyisi @stefaniefrank @moinshaikh @fierce_living @fernandocortes @roryramsden @charlottewood @aremorch @charlottecharleehanna

  • thanks for being on top of this, Frederic@fredericgonzalo

  • Thanks for all your work on this Frederic….

  • @fredericgonzalo – Hi Frederic. I’m so sorry I missed the first “live” club meeting — an unexpected errand that I couldn’t reschedule came up.

    I hope the attendance was encouraging and the discussion stimulating. Thanks for all your effort on this project :-)

  • @rachelagheyisi Thanks Rachel, but you can rest assured, you didn’t miss much… :-(
    Since I only got one confirmation back (thanks Russell :-) ) I decided to cancel. I guess we’ll have to figure out a better time, or a different formula. As Russell suggested, perhaps it’s finding 3-4 people to begin with, confirmed and attending, and then we take it from there.

    Not throwing the towel just yet… We’ll give it another go with book #2, which is Michael Stelzner’s Launch. Speaking of which, I will get the ball rolling on that one too…

    Cheers,

  • @fredericgonzalo — Geez; I’m surprised. What happened to all of those enthusiast comments and folks volunteering to moderate chat sessions??? I guess it’s a case of easier said than done or words are cheap. Sad.

    However, I still believe the SBBC is a worthwhile endeavor especially when compared to some of the other threads I’ve seen in this and the other 2 clubs. So, please hold on to the towel – for now :-)

  • Hi Guys,

    I wasn’t there yesterday — similar to Rachel I had a call come up that couldn’t be rescheduled.

    Still am planning to moderate the Launch discussion in March — it was my favorite business book of 2011. Totally agree with Rachel this is a worthwhile endeavor.

    Have a great weekend everyone!

    @rachelagheyisi @fredericgonzalo

  • It would be great if you could consider the time that you schedule the next event to include people in other time zones than found in the USA… Thanks

  • @fredericgonzalo I’m very interested in being on March’s call for the SBBC. Can I suggest that you start a new discussion each month to announce the book and give details? Otherwise, your monthly dates will get lost as this thread grows longer and longer.

    Thank you very much for organizing this. I appreciate it.

    Also, does anyone on the list have one of the Citrix products we could all use? Maybe they should start a new one, like GoToBookClub.

  • @fredericgonzalo Now that’s an initiative to my liking. Unfortunately I learned about it just some couple of minutes ago. Since my timezone is utc+1 I will probably not attend some G+ hangout at 5pm EST, making it 11pm for me. However I will look out for the discussion threads since I am definetely interersted in sharing thoughts about some of the great books out there. Maybe starting with a discussion thread before jumping into the live video chat could be more of a promising start? I guess a lot of us around here are terribly busy – yet we all seem to have the time to get back here and post some lines ;-)

  • @roryramsden It’s challenging to find a perfect moment for all to attend. I chose that time slot specifically because it allowed for East & West North America to attend, meant evening time in Europe and morning time in Australia. Next time around, I’ll submit a couple of time slots and will let people vote, so we’ll see what comes of that.

    @erikdeckers Thanks for the fedback. Indeed, a monthly thread is the intention, per book we discuss. This thread was meant to be kept more to talk about “logistics” of the club, ideas for next books to read, guidelines, etc. We’ll try a hangout again in March, but if someone has a contact with Citrix or another webinar-like tool, let’s hear it. So long as it’s free… ;-)

    @ecumenix No worries, we’ll most likely revisit the time of next Hangout, so as to get as many attendees as possible. We’ll keep y’all posted.

  • Read all the posts with great interest. Very informative and fruitful discussions. The choice of books are great. I will definitely join in the March discussions.

    My time zone is GMT+5.5….Can’t help! Incidentally the free offer of Meeting Burner is for 15 participants. not bad to begin with.

    Janardhan

  • @nadadurjanardhan We’ll see how we can accommodate all time zones with the upcoming March discussion. I will send a shout out in coming days to see when would be an optimal time, and we’ll take it from there.
    Cheers,

  • @fredricgonzalo

    Thanks. However, I would not like to inconvenience the majority just for self!

    Lets begin with a book Whatever the time, I will be there!!

  • @fredericgonzalo, please include me in your bookclub.  I am two chapters into “Launch” so hopefully I am not far behind you all.

    My best,Anita

  • @anitasig Excellent, Anita. Don’t worry, we’re at the same level as far as reading this book goes. Will keep you in the loop – please send me your email address via private message, so that I can send out a Hangout Scheduling option in the coming days.

    Cheers,

  • I have ordered a copy of “Launch” and hope to finish long before months end. Count me IN!
