Hello to everyone!I hope this post is not inappropriate, but -please- I would like a help.

I was registered to the summit, but -at least I think so- with the wrong name.My boss, in fact, used her name when paying.
Why is this an important matter to me? Because I read this:
“A certificate of achievement will be presented to attendees who successfully complete the summit and pass an exam.”
If such certificate was released to my boss it not only would be disappointing for me, but also hilarious since she doesn’t even want to know -I’m quoting literally- ”how all that social **** works”. (old school, you know…)
So… is there something I can do about this? Thanks a lot!

@demorden Enter with the username and password they send you and there you can find a support email address. Explain your concern and they will get in touch with you in a short time.

Having attended two summits from SME in 2011 (Social Media Success Summit and Facebook Success Summit), I found it tremendously valuable to have access to audio-video material live, but also downloadable afterwards. It is not only useful to catch a presentation you may have missed, but if there is one or two presentations that echo the business you are in, you can share the presentation, case studies and stats with your boss. That way, it gives you extra tools to prove the worthiness of social media, among other things…
