@blogsbyheather Interesting question G+ has not opened up their API as yet to accomodate auto-posting but you can do it the other way. If you are using WP there is plugin that allows this. You can read about from this G+ thread.

Hootsuite has an agreement with G+ and is Beta testing some Premium account holders currently, but they are not available to the public yet. Keep an eye on this. Not exactly what your after, but you can see the possibilities at least for scheduled posts.
