Jean, you could do it with PhotoShop or Illustrator, but they are expensive programs. Maybe someone else here knows of some lower-cost PC programs that could be used to design an Infographic.

PhotoShop Elements is fairly affordable – much less than the full PhotoShop CS. I think you can find it for around $70 – 80. It’s got all the functionality that most of us mere mortals need, though a designer may find it lacking.

What about those of us whose artistic skills is “advanced stick figures.” Are there graphic designers who specialize in creating infographics, and does anyone have suggestions as to where to find them?
