  • I’m looking for a good twitter analytics tool.  What is your favorite?  I’ve looked at twitter counter, tweetstats, and the usual suspects.  I just found socialbro and am trying it out?  Anyone used it?  Don’t forget to mention your favs.

    Thanks so much,Carol

  • Hi Carol ( @carolstambaugh )

I do like twitter counter and check some others from time to time but I think I really like twentyfeet.com the best. Good graphs to show a variety of “influencers” and an activity stream of what’s happening with your account on twitter. My activity stream shows me the ups and downs on a 48 hour basis back for about a month (I think) and that is really worth something once you know how to read those numbers.

Give it a tryout – You may like it.

  • @carolstambaugh

Question: what information are you trying to get out of a Twitter analytics tool?

  • I think I’ve come back full circle to the ow.ly report in hootsuite.  This is the information that I want.  However, I am working with a small non–profit on their social media campaign and the only way we are going to get them to tweet is to connect it to Facebook.  I think it would be a very big deal for them to learn to use hootsuite in addition to Facebook for posting They are already freaking out about posting anything.  If I get them successfully poting into facebook and I connect the twitter account to FB then we will not have any click-thru data, like I would have from hootsuite.  :-(

  • @anitacohen-williams  Awesome link.  Thanks so much!
