    As a small business owner i have seen all sorts of invoices some good, some really tacky. I wanted to share some of the resources i have found overtime, for generating professional looking invoices.

    Paypal’s invoicing service is actually quite nice too. What do you use and why?

    @geoffrey-gordon  I don’t use a free tool.  I use Freshbooks, which includes some simple accounting and invoicing, including the option for online payment.  I have the $19.95 plan, which includes up to 25 clients.  I really like it because it syncs with Kashoo, which is a full, online accounting app and only costs $9.95/year.  So though it’s not free, it’s pretty cheap and does everything I need it to do besides just creating professional looking invoices with my logo on them.

    I am using Wave Accounting online, it is free, can do decent looking invoices with your logo etc.
