Does anyone know of a free service available that I could use for clients to go to a calendar and book themselves on my available appointment times? I booked myself on someone else’s and it worked great but I can’t remember what the program was.thanks:)

In the past I have used BookFresh which is free for a certain amount of bookings every month.

you might want to look at Setmore… they offer up to 3 users and 50 appts free per month and their paid levels are less expensive than the others.  Works great.
