Thanks for those.  I’m not a Word guru by any means but I have bought the “cheat sheet” guides from Amazon for Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.  There are two places that I know of who product the cheat sheets:  Beezix, Inc. and um… I can’t remember the name of the other place (sheesh).  If you search for “word cheat sheets” you get all the Beezix ones.  
They are laminated 8 x 11 sheets with all the tips and tricks most folks need.

Yeah, this costs you a little money but was a fabulous time saver when I upgraded from 2003 to 2007.  I really needed the sheets then!

You can also use the Microsoft tutorials.

I certainly can understand the time factor. just being able to save a few minutes here and there during the course of the day helps.
