In your business, where do you think you are in handling your bookkeeping and financials?

4 – I do them and I guess I am okay at it.  My business is small enough that it has not become an issue.  However, I do hire a professional to do the taxes and he also advises on tax optimizing strategy.

4- I am doing my own books and I am great at it because I have done it for clients for years as one of my services – I dropped that service when I was experiencing a lot of collection problems.  But I play on the safe side and have a tax preparer do my returns.

I have been doing my own books in in QB Pro for years.  I use a CPA for the tax work and to help me along when I need it.  I would’nt say I am great at it, so I would give myself a 3.5.
