Daily Points criteria (11 posts)

Topic tags: daily, points
  • I have noticed that some days when I signin to SBC, I receive 5 daily points. On other days I do not.  What is the logic on that?

  • @trudy

Hey Trudy – I believe it works on a 24 hour clock.

  • @mike-stelzner It does. You told me that awhile back when I asked you (personally) about it.  @trudy, check your points page and look for “Daily Points” The +5 points that you see when you logon are probably due to new friend connections.

  • @mike-stelzner   The 24 hour clock is what I  was not aware of.  So if I checked in last night at 7:00pm and this morning at 9:00 am, no daily points as it is within the same 24hrs.  Correct?

  • @trudy

    I think :)

    Try tracking it

  • Hiya Folks.

Hmmm, I’ve hardly looked at the points (just a few times perhaps) but assume that the Club folks thought this all through beforehand (you know, structural architecture).
Anyhowsen, have not given it much thought other than what magic number gives us a new badge under our names. That, I did wonder ’bout. But they’re not tellin’ or talkin’ – do you think water-boarding would help? No? OK. Just askin’ (again).
Daily points huh, just for showing up? Will wonders never cease.

    Nice. :D

  • @trudy From my experience being in the clubs over two months, daily points are based on a 24-hour period

  • I don’t always logout (well, usually don’t log out) and I don’t think I get points for being on everyday. hmmmm, will check that? @trudy @mike-stelzner @alexandrabriggs @kc_kreative

  • @deairby I’m sure that you get the points. After all, you are Guru status :)

  • @deairby I don’t always log out either. I believe it is actually taking an action on the site within the 24-hour period. So when moderating, going to a different page, etc. I think it logs the points.

  • lol, Kristy, :) @kc_kreative thinking you are right @alexandrabriggs
