Changing Owners of a Fan Page (3 posts)

    Hi Folks, I did search for about 15 minutes and could not find an answer…so I will ask, how do you change the owner of a Fan page?

    I have a client who created a Fan Page months ago from an account they no longer want to use. Is it possible to move it to another owner account?

    @marketennant  There was a previous discussion about this but I can’t find it at the moment.  However, all you have to do is go into the Fan Page (Biz Page) and into the Settings area and add an administrator – specifically the other owner.  Then you can remove the current owner.  Look for “Edit Page” under the Timeline, drop down to “Admin Roles” and go from there.
