Let me add some that I use:

Wufoo.com – low-cost way to create/maintain a dbase of contacts.

Rackspace.com – If you want to have the benefit of an enterprise server (like corporations have) that syncs Outlook email with all your devices.  I’m still an MS Office junkie, so I needed this, and Rackspace is quite reasonably priced.

Constant Contact — I use it for creating/distributing my twice-monthly newsletter. I will note that I switched away from it to try MailChimp, which is cheaper, and regretted it; switched back to Constant Contact.

Chrome Browser — Google’s seriously underused browser, and has a LOT of cool add-ons.  My favorite add-ons are Readability (converts web pages to plan text for easy printing) and Hide-My-Ass (instant anonymous browsing).

MailChimp’s newsletter/email interface nowhere near as easy to use, needed more HTML tweaking.

@bernsteincrisis I love constant contact features but I do use MC and its pretty neat in my humble opinion.

I use NutShell Mail (Constant Contact Free tool) lets you monitor your fb, twitter, linkedin, youtube and more directly on your email.

Don’t forget Google Alerts! Essential for keeping track of what people are saying about you, your business, your competition, your product/service.

Hubspot makes a whole suite of excellent tools (free) for measuring social media/web presence such as website grader, blog grader, twitter grader, etc. You can find 8 of them here and the newest one, marketing grader, here.

We also use Storify for a quick way to create a blog post.

A great tool is Teamviewer – you can access your desktop from anywhere. I use it on my tablet and smartphone when I need my laptop.
