Best tracking tool for managing multiple social media accounts? (6 posts)

  • What is the best tool to post, track and measure multiple social media sites? I currently use Hootsuite, but am not convinced that it is the best. Any thoughts?

You might also want to check out SocialOomph

For tracking social media activity for clients we often build out a spreadsheet so that we can track just what we want, and include things some of these tools don’t track, like Google Analytics, for instance.

    Good luck!

  • HI @inteammarketing and  @rich-brooks

I analyze social media to a very low extent.  I’m no SM expert by any means. But I have been trying to keep up with whats current.  Here is an article I found this weekend:

5 Social Media Tools to Help Manage Your Online Reputation 30 Minutes a Day

The article was posted just a few days ago.   HootSuite is at the top of that article, so I feel pretty good that I do use HootSuite already.  If you find other information, please let us know!

  • Hi :) I’m extremely new to social media marketing and have only managed to properly wrap my head around fb yet. (Started getting somewhere with twitter today! ;)

I find that because I kinda need to kickstart my campaign on each new space hootsuite isn’t too much help because one can’t tag another person. Of course it is extremely useful for fillers when you have other more pressing things to attend to.

Just started experimenting with InboxQ, commun.it, tweriod and buffer today! Working well till now :)

Tried Crowdbooster earlier. Found that the facebook insights were more than enough! :P

  • I haven’t been happy with a lot of them but I’m warming up to https://www.postling.com/ - delivers comments in real time

  • Thanks everyone for the helpful advice! I am going to check out some of your options and see what works best for me. I really appreciate the feedback!
