Can you be more specific @pollyb ? Often times the sign in box is custom designed, but Im not sure exactly what you mean…

@pollyb They have set it up as their background image… So it’s not an added graphic, it’s part of the background design.
But you could simply do add an image next to your box.

Its correct that we can add a background image with designed arrows on it and just need to use it in the sign up form or the other way is aweber is offering alot of designs for your opt-in box with all the arrows and from many other designs you can choose which suites you best.
