    Anybody here know which app that helps you to back up or download the content from your social media account, such as back up the info & content that you posted on your FB page and Twitter account. I read one article talk about it but forgot to bookmark, so needs you help ..

    I want to add also if you have any clients that are in regulated industries like insurance or finance, I would check out Social Ware. They are an archiving and risk management solution for these industries.
