I am suddenly unable to rpint from PDF on my computer home network. This happened after updating to version 10.1.2
I have searched and cannot find a fix. Does anyone have a solution?
@joanmuschampfagnani Try re-booting your computer. That might be all it takes if that doesn’t solve the problem try the update again sometimes a portion of the code gets corrupted on the update.
@ptwylie I had done the reboot, even made sure all the Wondows updates were done. Wil try the re-download update thing.
Are you using Cute PDF printer? It is a free download and you can print anything to a PDF. I use it daily and especially when my other PDF Program has issues. It just prints the PDF and then the pop up box comes up to say where to save it.
@dcoville001 thanks, but the issue is the printer won’t initialize to print a pdf. I am going to try Paul Wylie’s suggestion next!
Sometimes, the data queue to your printer might be stalled too. Clearing the print queue, restarting the printer might also be tried too. Good luck !
@kfcheng A combination of unchecking a box in a new printer dialog box and restarting the printer worked! We even finally found a patch, but that didn’t resolve the issue.
