imho.even here in indiana,.business is picking up…im hearing good reports from so many connections i have,….. auction world, retail shows, other stores, trailer parks in florida, realtors, sales reps, and our store has been on a good roll for several months… ……. so PERK UP and get ready for a good year…if you made it thru 2009 you did good and maybe will be rewarded this yr…or .maybe people have just adjusted to the new economy but whatever it is its feeling pretty positive…

Today’s paper even said that housing construction, loans and purchases are picking up. That’s a good indicator of prospects to come. Thanks for the encouraging words!

We’re seeing it too here in Western WA We’re getting a lot more calls to the construction biz, people looking to remodel, build additions, repair decks…all the things you don’t do when you’re worried about the job or mortgage.

I’m in Phoenix, and we were hit hard. I’ve been seeing signs of improvement since the first of the year.
While the facts of the economy are tough, I’ve always observed that perception is more important than the facts. If people feel hopeful, they act hopeful, and the economy grows. I’m not talking about being crazy. I’m talking about realizing tht you are in a tough spot and yet feeling optimistic about the future.
The facts of the present moment don’t have to control our emotions. You can be in a really tough financial spot, and either choose to be scared or choose to be hopeful.
