Another read I have found helpful was put out by the magazine “The Social Media Monthly.com.” I subscribed to the magazine at the DMA and received “The Big Book of Social Media Case Studies, Stories, Perspectives” as a gift for subscribing. There are a lot of examples across the various business types. I have been impressed with a lot of the articles the magazine puts out as well. Yes, agree wholeheartedly re: content is critical. I think businesses some time have a hard time seeing where content fits into the picture, that it’s not the stuff that press releases are made up of but rather that content needs to educate and should aim to make the readers experience better in some key ways.
