    Some good questions there. 

    As to item 6 – I’d be interested to know how some other social media marketing folks analyze the ROI for social media campaigns. It’s not just about the numbers but the conversions.  What software packages are you using?

    @supereb Nothing at the moment. Given our small budget, I will be tracking via Google Analytics campaigns and email data. Lots of great services / software out there however such as Netbase, HupSpot, Eloqua, Marketo, etc. Even SalesForce has tracking capabilities these days.
