if you have it set to PUBLIC – anyone can see it if they stumble on to your page, but the 10 likes should see in their news feed or ticker.

@annfurnivall I believe that all of those who have posted comments to that post or those who view the post and expand comments will see your reply. @kathleenrollins is correct that you need to have PUBLIC enabled.

@annfurnivall The users would not have it in their personal timeline but it may appear in their newsfeed. A lot of that would depend on edgerank and whether they allow posts from your page to their newsfeed.
