What types of social media and networking do you  daily do to promote your business?

@albert mora I do posts on Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Pinterest and LinkedIn.  I also look for connections on any of the above daily.

G+ posts & trending content, Twitter # conversations and/or giveaways, YouTube comments & Video responses, checking out the competition, latest SMM news, previous post performance & Insights analysis, among other things, all n all … About 6 hours/day.

@albertmora I post to SME clubs everyday, accept my LinkedIn invites, check for questions yo answer in answers on LinkedIn, CEO Heck my Twitter feed and search for tweets about my speciality and post answers whenever possible, and check what my family is up to onFacebook. I do this all thought the day. I would say probably 2 hours.

I spend a lot of time using social media for promoting my business and blogs. Skype is taking up more time these days mainly in groups but increasingly one to one. I did not log in for a couple of days over the weekend and, as this was unusual, some people were ready to send out search parties for me Facebook is also a daily activity; the time I spend varies depends on how many posts I need to answer in groups and on pages I run or help to administer. Twitter is usually daily but takes up much less time than the others. I also use bitly to automatically post links to interesting content which saves time. Google+ is a couple of times a week activity. I find it harder to strike up conversation and really connect with people on there. .Pinterest I love but avoid it. I get too involved with it and work gets neglected.  I only allow myself sessions on there every couple of weeks or so.

I spendt time on FB and twitter perhasp 2 hrs on a daily basis. But I am just starting my business so I spend most of my time inserting my events on various websites, looking for events venues and trying male my website look more appelaing.

I am so sorry, but I could not find anyhwre on Social Media Examiner to start a f orum. Could anybody help me ?

Also could anybody have am idea how to add an background music to a website

In any of the SME Clubs there is button just below the club image that says “New Topic” – Click on that to start a new thread.  

To add music to a website you can use the “bgsound” command in the HTML code head section and it will play nonstop.  You really don’t want to do this though for a business website.  This will point you in the right direction:

I Tweet every day at least 2 times, I connect with somebody in linkedib evryday, and facebook, I am connect all day. Also I start uploading my first videos in youtube. I start pinning in pinterest just this week.
