Has anyone else had issues viewing who their followers and likes come from after switchign from the Timeline?
We just changed to a new CRM system where I can note Facebook engagement and for that to be effective I need to know if any of our followers are active prospects or if they are new leads (so I need to know their names).
I’m not sure if I am missing something or if this is something changed with the new timeline.
Anyone?

Well, after doing endless searching and emails to colleagues I was able to discover how to view the actual individuals who liked my page (answering my own question) following these steps:
1. Open the menu in the upper-right corner of your Page
2. Select View Insights
3. Click Likes at the top
From the Likes section of your Pages insights:
1. Click See Likes in the top-right corner.
2. A pop-up with the people who “liked” the page appears
I thought I would share what I discovered in the event anyone else runs into this question/issue!

@alexandrabriggs I’m able to see all my Likes very easily from the Admin Panel at the top of the Page when I log in. It has New Likes and I can just click see all and it’s similar to the pop-up box that used to appear where you can see the people who like your page as well as the other Pages who like your Page. Several ways to get to the same place I’m sure!
