I think you have a very clever idea, with the only concern being that I don’t know if “Liking” will be a good idea (what happens if a persons photo gets buried? Do they loose votes? What stops someone from voting multiple times for different resumes?). I would suggest instead that you pin a single post to the top of your wall, and that post would point to the contest tab. Now, in the contest tab, if you can, enable commenting and assign each contestant a number (instead of their name, which I would recommend blocking out of the images). Then voters could, if they wish, post directly on the tab with the number of the contestant. You can then enter the data into a spreadsheet to track votes!
